About Lisa

Lisa Jones has been studying wellness and practicing yoga for more than 3 decades.  She is an internationally-recognized Conscious Breathing Practitioner since 1998 and a Nia instructor since 2004, teaching thousands of individuals; supporting their journeys into the body/mind realm. Lisa blends all her trainings: 2 Breathwork Facilitator Certifications, Reiki Master, Shamanism and other energy healing techniques including Gracelight Blessing, into her dynamic private sessions and classes. She is committed to building "breathing in sacred circle" communities and adding to the ones she has currently established in throughout New England.  Her belief is that when we breath consciously as a community the amount of healing that takes place is phenomenally amplified for individuals, their loved ones and the planet.

Breathwork connections are what led Lisa to find the Nia technique and that first class left her determined to become a teacher to share this conscious way of exercising that is never boring and always leaves people feeling alive and full of joy.

Lisa says, "I love the way breathwork and Nia set people, hence our planet,  free!  My goal is help people in their own  journey reach places of greater awareness, empowerment, and potential.  I invite you to share the insights and joy that come from incorporating body, mind, and spirit into your wellness practices."
